Specialized Community Care is seeking individuals interested in becoming a Case Manager.
We are in the process of expanding and are in need of folks able to do some Case Management. We are a fast paced, consumer focused/driven agency looking for unconventional folks who share our philosophy and commitment. We are a very caring and committed group of professionals who are looking to welcome like minded folks into our SCC family. It is preferred that candidates have experience in the field of Developmental Services. Here are some requirements of this role:
1) You will need to have a flexible schedule and be available for meetings/emergencies at all times, including evenings and weekends.
2) You must have the ability to manage multiple tasks, deal with conflict, provide emotional support to your teams, and muddle through seemingly endless paperwork requirements.
3) Technical skills are a must have and you should have the ability to directly support folks for that you are providing Case Management services for.
